Schedule a Session
We will deep dive into whatever inquiry/issue you are currently working with or confronting in your life and use shamanic healing techniques to bring resolution and receive guidance. These sessions are usually 2 hours long and the cost $120. A sliding scale is available to those who need financial assistance.
Session FAQ and common questions.
In person or remote?
In person sessions are not currently being offered. I predominantly work over zoom and can say with the confidence of both receiving and facilitating shamanic healing over zoom that remote sessions are completely possible and just as potent. I will attune our spaces together energetically and the work will unfold in just the same way that it does in person. All you need to do in order to prepare for a remote session is to make sure you have a private space and make it as comfortable as possible for yourself so you can relax while we work.

What does a session look like?
A session consists of both dialogue between you and I to get a good understanding of whatever is presenting for you, as well as a dialogue between our combined helping spirits and I to gather information about which shamanic techniques would be most timely and appropriate for the situation at hand. We will then delve into the work itself which will be explained to you as we go along and will be dependent on the techniques used.

How many sessions will I need?
When coming to a shamanic practitioner to heal from a particular issue or situation this is very dependent on the complexity of the issue you bring forward. Sometimes one session is enough to bring resolution, and sometimes there are many layers to unpack. When you are using shamanism as a tool for self development, you may schedule as many sessions as you would like as there are endless opportunities for growth and deepening into your spiritual health.

After Care.
After a session it is normal to feel any number of ways depending on the work we do. I recommend having at least a couple hours after the session of me time to let yourself relax and integrate. It is nice to do a relaxing activity like going for a walk in nature, reading a good book, even watching a wholesome television show. Drinking lots of water, and eating a nutritious meal after the session helps your body integrate as well. See it as a time to treat yourself!
